New Year!! Time to get busy, y’all!

Style meeting function via head-on collision.  The Hövding is an airbag for your head. Hövding means “chieftain” in Swedish, and the air-helmet was designed by Swedes Anna Haupt and Terese Alstin as a university thesis project. The Hövding collar contains gyroscopes and accelerometers which constantly monitor your movements, releasing the airbag hidden within only when you’re in danger. Watch the video of the airbag collar in action!

Jhesika and I have been looking forward to getting some sun at the beach for some time.  Those plans fell apart last week as news of the Horizon’s oil spill went from bad to “worst natural disaster in modern history.”  Fox News says this spill makes the Exxon Valdez look like spilled milk.  I don’t usually buy into all the exaggeration and hype, but I am not looking to pan fry just a quick bake. So we decided that waiting until July wasn’t going to work.  I took the day off, we grabbed or suits, and we headed for Gulf Shores.  We figured we squeeze in a photo shoot while we were out.  So fun!
